Weekly thingy and a POLL.

Ok y’all, I know usually when I ask for advice I end up fully ignoring suggestions and going off in some other direction entirely that got sparked by the act of asking, but I think this time will be different?

I need to pick two pieces of art in addition to La Llorona to submit to the upcoming Texas Women’s Caucus for the Arts show, which is a tribute to water and will be hosted at the Mexican cultural center in San Antonio. Ok, I don’t NEED to, but I have tons of watery artwork, why not submit the max? Also as I think you know by now La Llorona is going to be EXPENSIVE – I’m looking at about $3600. So if more than one piece gets juried it it wouldn’t suck to have something more affordable in the show; the Anne of Green Gables embroidery is $1575, and the tarot card paintings are $150 each.

Soooooo, what two pieces would you pick?

I’m not advertising for Netflix, I swear, they have done me NO favors which is why I currently have the cheapest subscription with ads. BUUUUUUT there’s a new season of Queer Eye out so naturally I’m bingeing it and it just makes me so happy every episode.
