I fix my face and the weekly thingy.

No seriously, I figured out what was driving me crazy about her face and FIXED IT. Remember this face?

SO. Her head kept reading too shallow on top even though I knew the proportion was correct for it being tipped back and I finally realized that the problem wasn’t up at the hairline, it was her nose. Her head was tipped back but her nose was staring straight forward. So, a little stitching to fix that and suddenly I am happy with this portrait.

Also I dug out my silk floss for the titular red shoes, and I am very pleased with how much the extra sheen helps them pop. Next up, a bitchload of birch trees.

Last week was hard, y’all. There were good bits but I’m just not in the headspace to recount them right now so let’s just say Mooch makes me happy pretty much all the time.
