What kind of jackass sticks herself with doing a jillion French knots?

I think you know the answer.

This is kind of a nice demo of the difference thread makes, though – the smaller curls by her face and the larger curls of the main poof are both French knots done with five twists around the same needle, the difference is that the tiny curls use 1 strand and the bigger ones used 2.

ALSO. You can barely see it at all in photos, but I used a strand of a shimmery white floss to fill in the tiny sliver of whites in her eyes, and in person the little bit of shine catches the light just enough to help you see that her eyes are open, she’s just looking downward.

I was at my parents’ house for a quick dinner before Yom Kippur services, and for some reason Wanda decided my purse was DELICIOUS and wouldn’t stop aggressively licking it.
