Posting one day later than planned but I figure we could all use some distraction today.

Knittens! is finished and up on Redbubble, and I’m thinking about what I want to use as the base fabric for an embroidered version next.

What’s making me happy this week:

It’s a really rough week for all of us, I know; I’m resorting to small silly things for my endorphins. This weekend, I crocheted myself some new convertible mittens and then because I have lots of yarn and Houston is getting hit with the winter stick this week a new hat too. Is my place just littered with chenille fluff from when I ill-advisedly tried to make a pompom the traditional way even though I knew it was a terrible idea with this yarn? Yup. Did I end up taking apart the crocheted pompom I tried next because it looked dumb? Also yes. DO I FEEL LIKE A CUTE LITTLE WOOD ELF IN MY TASSELED HAT? YESSSSSSSS.
