More sewing, more polymer clay, more CATS – and now tiny birds!

My last two kitties on this piece are done! The top one, as you know, is based on my Charlie; the golden tabby is my parents’ boy Greedy, although he is way way bigger than his embroidered portrait would suggest.

I still haven’t stopped playing with clay – I’m getting the hang of using transfer images and having a ball squishing the offcuts together to make neat little distressed and faded marbled looks.

AND, I’ve moved on to laying out the basic vine pattern on my knitter’s dress and starting to add some of the birds and butterflies! Tiny birbs yaaaaaay!
