Weeklyish thingy and hey, remember when I drew cartoons?

I have at least a few more of these in me I think, but today’s is a direct glimpse of my life this weekend since I got my flu and Covid shots Friday night and have mostly been a couch lump since.

What’s making me happy this week:

Two really great friends, Magical Sparkle Muffin and Swarm of Bees, have really listened and learned and gone out and done real research about what’s going on in Israel and are being incredibly supportive to me during this (entirely predictable) backlash of other people who’ve swallowed a pile of propaganda and think they’re being smart and edgy by blaming Israel for Hamas’ crimes. And no, I will not argue that point with any of you here – I’ve already lost one friend over her refusal to understand nuance and impossible choices.
