Road trip!

So my mom and I drove up to Denton this weekend to visit my brother and his wife and THEIR KITTENS

(These guys, but bigger now.)

and it was mostly fun, except for the bits where I melted down from not having been fed recently enough, and when my sister-in-law got miserably sick, and then I got sick the evening we got back to Houston.  Yaaaaaaay.

Still, fun was had, and road-trippy stuff happened, so now you can expect a slew of related cartoons.  In this case, we were driving through Huntsville and I said, ‘Ooh!  Horsies!’ (because I’m five) and my mother, without missing a beat, said, ‘Oh, they must be for the prison rodeo’.  Because Texas, that’s why.
