I swear I haven’t finished the lemon curd yet.

In fact, I haven’t started it, because as much as I want the delicious lemon curd and would be more than happy to eat it with a spoon or, let’s face it, my fingers, I want to eat it with fresh warm scones even more.  And I have scone mix thanks to a different friend who may not have even known that friends #1 were making curd, so this can happen as soon as I get a chance to breathe and also bake.

Ooo, I should get some heavy cream too.  Scone party at my place!
