Hi, guys! I was going to post the 9 & 10 of swords today, except that I forgot they’re not scanned yet. Still, we’re closing in on the end rapidly, so a little housekeeping:
Once this is done, I’m taking a little break from posting cartoons. Not to worry, more will happen, but I’m a leetle burnt out at the moment and I need a break from my self-imposed schedule. In the meantime, expect hats, other types of drawings, cat pictures, link to other blogs, new podcast suggestions — whatever strikes my fancy.
The Kickstarter for the tarot cards is up and going strong! I have enough preorders now that I’ve upgraded the deck a bit (it comes in a box, which I’ll be customizing with stamps and doodles, as well as the pouch). There will be cards available later in person or on my Etsy site, since the money I make from this is going into printing extras, but now’s your chance to say you made it happen and get a cute pouch.
Oh, and I just realized — I do have one thing to post! The BACK. Designing a back has been looming over me the whole damn time, but I showed this to several people, and except for one who felt all the dots made it too easy to mark the cards (in case you cheat at Tarot?), it seems to be popular. Tada.
There’ll be darker teal border, like you’re seeing on the latest face uploads, but other than that, this is it.

Hmm. I could flip the vertical on the bottom half; does it matter if it’s not symmetrical if it does at least have a top on each end?
