Not-so-weekly thingy and some stuff I knitted, I don’t know.

I know pretty much exactly what I want to do with the next card but between life and overtime drawing energy continues to elude me, so you’re getting knitting pics this week.

I finished the first version of my first colorwork design a while ago but it looks like I never posted it here so tada:

I’m mostly very happy with it but I did make a few small alterations to the pattern, so I did a mark 2 in a larger yarn, partially to use stash yarn and partially so I could do less repeats – there are 6 repeats in the light fingering weight and I only needed 3 in the worsted.

You can’t really see it in photos but the light grey yarn has a rainbow sparkle lurex thread mixed in, which I think the person eventually getting this will really love. After a lot of dicking around with various borders, I really like the simplest on on the top edge the best, so that’s what I’m going to update the pattern to.
