Weeklyish thingy and a kitty again.

Kitty is done, long live the kitty!

More importantly kitty has been presented to his mom so I can safely share the finished painting with y’all. (To be fair, it was a request from her, not a surprise, and I very much doubt she reads my blog, so waiting till today was mostly laziness on my part.)

What’s making me happy this week:

I set up a little vanity in my bedroom to hold my pretty pretty makeup set and my fancy little jewelry box of silly brooches and such, and for a girl who often wears nothing but sunscreen (and clothes, I wear clothes) and has mostly done speedy makeup in her car mirror after parking at work, I am REALLY loving having a nice little self care space that’s pretty and fancy and clears off some space in my bathroom.
